During one of the afternoon sessions of the retreat, Shiva asked us to think about what’s our favorite rhythm. This answer came rather quickly for me—running.
Feeling my feet hit against the earth in a repeative motion while being in synch with my breath has been an incredible tool in my life.
My mind is clear and I’m able to connect with the rhythm of nature. This spans from experiencing the sun rising to the sun setting to the changing of each of the seasons. With a clear mind and being able to be present in the moment, I truly experienced these amazing moments.
