Sunday Funday Homemade Pizza

After a busy weekend of teaching, I decided to take myself on a date to Trader Joe’s to get food for the week and to do some cooking, my form of Sunday night yoga. I wanted to make something that was quick, easy and required minimal clean-up. So…I decided to make some homemade pizza!

I got the dough pre-made at Traders (spinach and garlic) and got creative with my toppings. Here’s how everything came together for a very filling and yummy dinner and a great Monday lunch πŸ™‚

  • Spinach pre-made dough (Trader Joe’s)
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • Fresh Mozzarella
  • Roma tomatoes
  • Mushrooms
  • Chicken sausage
  • Spinach
  • Any other toppings you want! πŸ™‚

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Spread dough on baking pan and place a tablespoon of olive oil on the dough.
3. Slice toppings and place on pizza–spinach, mozzarella, tomatoes, mushrooms and chicken sausage.
4. Place pizza with toppings in over for 15 to 25 minutes.
